Ravi (Srinath) is a police officer who is assigned to investigate a case of smuggling and terrorism. He learns that a gang led by Rajan (Vajramuni) is smuggling gold and weapons from abroad and planning to use them to create chaos and violence in the country. Ravi also discovers that Rajan has a connection with his past, as he was responsible for killing his father and sister.


Ravi decides to infiltrate the gang and expose their plans. He meets Shashi (Ambika), a dancer who works for Rajan, and pretends to be in love with her. He also meets Radha (Madhavi), a journalist who is also investigating the case. Ravi manages to gain Rajan's trust and learns about his secret hideout and his master plan.
